Monaco will play Strasbourg at home in the 29th round of the French championship. There are fewer and fewer matches in which both teams have serious tournament goals and are strongly motivated. Last round, Monaco beat Ajaccio away (2-0), before losing at home to Reims (0-1) and played out an away draw with modest Troyes (2-2). Monaco also had problems with Strasbourg in the first round, but won 2-1.
